I had a fantastic weekend getaway! The hotel is super charming and close to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore. My room was comfortable, and I loved the local artwork throughout. The staff was friendly, especially Anthony, who helped us with tips and even provided tea for altitude sickness. Breakfast was a real treat, with a variety of options, and they even packed us a to-go meal for an early start.
The chilly nights, but they provided extra blankets and a portable heater upon request. it wasn't a big issue but just something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to the cold. everything was pretty great!

Tastefully decorated rooms with TV set, a dining area, and a seating area. The view from the window to garden.

Utterly unthinkable how cold the room was, colder than outside! The heater was a joke, and the wooden window? Just wow. Definitely expected at least an upgrade for enduring that torture. Almost gave a good review, but the shock of mold in the shower and the non-existent laundry service ruined it! What a letdown.

The workers were very sweet and helped us a lot.
I had serious issues with the bathroom arrangements. Only one shower was on the ground floor and it felt inadequate, especially late at night when I needed to use it. The shared bathrooms were far too few for the number of guests.

Couples seeking comfort
The staff was hospitable, always ready to help,, bringing us good Muña tea when we arrived. I still remember lying back in the spacious courtyard, listening to the ambient music while my partner and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with so many options.
It wasn't cheap, but the experience was still worth it.

The sun terrace and the beautiful garden were perfect spots to relax after a busy day. Only downside was a bit of noise from the common area during breakfast, but it didn't bother us too much. Just an early wake-up 😊
